All our Gites are within 35/40 minutes drive from Limoges Bellegarde Airport and are situated close to our local market town of Chabanais, which will cater for all your needs.

TELEPHONE

Mobile phones work in and around the area, but should you require fax facilities, please ask.You will find useful telephone numbers (restaurants, doctors etc) in your information pack at your Gite.

CLEANING

Guests are requested to clean the accomodation and leave it as they would wish to find it, so as not to spoil the next persons holiday. All necessary cleaning materials are provided.

LINEN

A mid-stay linen change is available if required. There will be no extra charge for this service.

GROUNDS

We carry out all maintenance to the garden, but so as not to disturb your privacy, we ask that any pot plants are regularly watered. Thank you.

GROCERIES

We will provide you with a basic welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, cheese, paté, butter, free-range eggs, juice and a bottle of wine. May we suggest that if you are arriving on a Saturday that you stock up with food on your arrival, as the main supermarkets do not open on a Sunday (except in August). There is, however, a mini market in Chabanais which opens Sunday mornings.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking with the balance due 10 weeks prior to your stay with us.

DAMAGE DEPOSITS

Whilst we are sure that all our occupants will take the greatest care whilst staying in their Gite, we do require that a 'Damage Deposit' of £100 is paid with the balance. This will be held and returned to you in full, if appropriate, within 7 days of your departure.

ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES

Guests are asked to arrive after 3.00 pm and leave before 10.00 am to allow time for cleaning and pool servicing.

AVALIABILITY CALENDER

There will be a calender for each Gite via our website with Chez Nous. Please browse through them whilst choosing your holiday.

TRAVEL CROSSINGS

Please don't forget to check Chez Nous prices for Ferry/Tunnel crossings and also your insurance. Very often good savings can be made through them. Bon voyage.

FISHING

During the summer of 2006 we created a lake here at our home in La Salmonie. Once established, hopefully by the summer of 2007 it will be avaliable for private fishing. This will be at no extra cost to our guests staying in our Gites. It is a lovely spot for families wishing to take a picnic.

PLEASE TALK TO US

As this is our first year, it will be a learning curve for us. We hope to be able to accomodate you by offering flexible changeover dates, but do please view our availability calender. Although we have stipulated that the Gites are only avaliable for 2-week lets during the

high season, please check with us, as we may find we have an odd week in-between that could be vacant, therefore allowing us to let it at a reduced rate.
